The lovely and talented Cat will marry her man, Dave, in August.  Dave is a pretty talented guy himself.  You may have seen some of his artwork in MacLeans Magazine, among other places.  Together they  impress their friends with spur of the moment themed get togethers in their very lovely home in Toronto.  Recently, Cat and Dave came home to Niagara for Father’s Day … a lovely bridal shower for Cat and some golf with the other men of the clan for Dave.  Moms, Maria and Deb and sisters, Cecilia and Meaghan planned an absolutely beautiful morning.  The sun was shining … the garden was lovely … the food was both beautiful and delectable … and the greens were … well … green.

I was honoured to capture the event for many reasons … Dave is my nephew so Cat will be my niece … for my beautiful sister Deb (Dave’s mom) … for Dave’s grandmother, Jesse, who is totally correct when she says that we need to take pictures – LOTS OF PICTURES – when we get together so we can remember these important moments.

I am so looking forward to photographing their wedding day.  I can’t wait to see what Cat has dreamed up …
