How sweet are these two? Ashton is a former synchronized skater, a pilates instructor, an animal LOVER and one of the loveliest young women I’ve met. Christopher is a gamer, a E-5 Petty Officer, Second Class in the US Navy and a friendly, kind, upstanding young man. And when you see them together you know that they love and respect each other … they laugh and have fun together … they are really good TOGETHER.
I heard about this romance from Ashton’s mom, Angie. We were colleagues for a long time and friends. We talked about our kids a lot and so when she and Ashton asked me to capture this day I was honoured. And I have to say that this was one of the most relaxed weddings I have photographed. Mostly because Angie was a project manager so every detail was documented, scheduled and confirmed. And it went off without a glitch.
Uncle Denis proudly walked his favourite niece down the aisle and grandpa was a masterful MC.
The ceremony was beautiful … the dinner delicious … and when the dancing started it was obvious that this bride and groom were not going to sit it out. Ashton and Christopher hardly left the dance floor. And Chris’ parents weren’t far behind. BUT the star of the dance floor had to be Chris’ grandfather who had a line-up of ladies wanting to be shown how it’s done.
The music played on … the dancing continued …
Congratulations, Ashton & Christopher! I wish you every happiness and a long live together.
