It finally happened!! Barbara and Jeff got married!

Barb is the bearded guy’s sister and so is mine as well.  As a family we’ve been waiting for a while to see these two become husband and wife.  Distance and circumstance kept it from happening before now, but through all the frustrations Barb and Jeff stayed true to each other and to their goals.

So, on (Canadian) Thanksgiving weekend at their brand new home family and friends came together to witness them take their vows.  And even the few raindrops that fell over the course of the afternoon couldn’t dampen the  excitement and joy we all felt for them.

A delicious meal was presented by son, Colin, assisted by his lovely Arianna and the wedding cake was none other than Barbara’s own famous Coconut Cake.

We’re happy to have them close to home so we can all spend more time together and we wish them God’s blessing and MANY happy years together!
